What's all this, then?
Welcome to Crystal Plains! However you've stumbled
across our little corner of the Internet, I encourage you to take
a look around at what we have up here. CP is a creative community
with the goal of providing a place for artists of all stripes --
traditional art, digital art, literary art, interactive art, you
name it -- to gather and find support from each other, in turn giving
their input on their supporters' work. We use the message board
as our main gathering place, though the site itself hosts the projects
of some of our members. Why not take a look at our recent news down
below on this page, then check out the board to see if you would
do us the honor of showcasing your work to our growing network of
artistic talent. We appreciate your visit, and please stop back

New Site Email Address

Lots of things: having multiple admin emails (when I was the only one supposed to be checking them) was confusing, losing passwords to email accounts is never a good thing, using a site's built in site email is a headache, emptying out three years of spam emails is a pain in the butt. Here's the solution:
CRYSTALPLAINS GMAIL dot COM
is the new address. If you've sent the site an email lately and never heard back, see the first paragraph, then resend your message to the new address. I promise it will get read this time. |

Recovering From Hax

| Today Crystal Plains was the target of a malicious attack that edited most of the pages here to include obscene spam. I'm setting about fixing everything that has been altered. More information is here. Please stand by. |

Moving...
|
Just moved to a new host. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the site data transferred, so I'll be trying to install the backups I made on the 3rd. So, there will be some data loss, but hopefully not a lot. Bear with me, folks.
